my hunch is LTNC is acquired or does merger

he make's money on all those share's if he is bought out,or,is ceo if he merge's with The Staffing Group

might also be a defensive move to block command center from possibly trying to acquire a majority of share's on the market

what ever the reason shareholder's should know soon enough
