the PR's all gush about "more stores" and "more shelves."

Never "more sales."

At this point the company knows what 4th Qtr revenues are going to be. I agree with you -- increasing the A/S now is VERY telling.

FWIW, it's a 36% increase in Authorized Shares

The rate of increase in the AS appears to be accelerating.

When BIEL increased the AS to 9B on July 8, 2015, 121 days had passed since 8B was set, for a 12.5% increase

Seventy-six days later, on Sept 22, the AS bump from 9B to 11B, a 22.2% increase

The Dec 4 change was filed 73 days after the Sept filing, and new 15B AS is a 36.4% increase from the previous 11B.

Overall, in 2015, the AS has increased by 87.5% since March.

Increase shares really make no difference. Just the market cap.

This unique company ..... Does not want any partnership money due to low ball offer.

U know what.... Once BIEL PRODUCT IS SUCCESSFUL......all over the world recognizes their product.

We...as long term investor will benefit the most ....
