so no evidence of where poor governance has resulted in anything illegal or inappropriate? You are unhappy with the organisational structure failing to meet stated objectives....what objectives are you talking about that have failed? What different structure would you have in place that would have prevented the failure?

Communicating progress could have been handled better I do accept that but not sure that's a failure of corporate governance unless you feel mgt intentionally withheld data while offloading there own shares or not updating excellent results while loading up on cheap shares.

What personal conflicts of interest are you talking about -Cognate / NWBO? Do you know the shareholders of Cognate, Toucan etc? do you believe any conflict of interest has hurt you financially and if so what?

Do you believe it's these failings that have left us where? Not sure what we are talking about here. Are we on the verge of gaining full clinical approval or failing? Do you know already the answer to this? Do you really blame Linda for this ? She destroys her own share price? Come on....it's not the Mgt its external market players using your shares like chips on a rigged roulette table

I don't want to sound arrogant or rude but I really can't say this anymore than I have already but to sum up -

The very short term share price is being played by the Wolfpack and there is nothing or nobody that can stop this other than clinical approval. Communicating better or adding a director here or there ain't going to stop the strategy of the Wolfpack...if this gets approved the losses they could suffer are truly eye watering and so they desperately want to be part of the next fund raise...they need to cover millions of shorted shares with discounted shares/free warrants. This or NWBO bankruptcy is the game plan.

The billion dollar question is will the clinical results come before the next fund raise?

Mitigating personal conflicts of interest.

I would say, Linda Powers handled that really well recently.
