#64074 RE: Dadd #64067

Dadd,to me ,that is an excuse for the real basis why you deleted. It caused unsettling fear and concern. The facts are clearly parallel to the ongoing issues of ERHE.ABB is on the EXACT same track as ERHE with the DOJ and SEC.The only difference is that there is a decent chance that ERHE outcome may end in different results based on slightly different secondary considerations.

But the real reason is that you want no unsettling issues to be fully and comprehensively addressed,as any shareholder would want to know.

Ask the other shareholders what they think of ABB and it's comparative perspective.

As for being On topic or Off topic, let's touch the subject of the o so warm and fuzzy Asian wedlock...30 posts on warm and fuzzy riendly off topic subject matter.....

And you say the ABB is off topic..No sir,you are undeniably in error.

I challenge you to ask 10 posters here what they thought o my comments and analysis.

I even addressed the analysis specifically on ERHE in avoiding the dollar amount of fines by not resisting the DOJ/SEC,and by being fully compliant with their requests,or face additional fines,if a case could result in a conviction.

Why,when a multitide of topocs arte introduced here, from every part of Africa,to all the various oil companies...did you take a position that this one company was somehow off-topic,sufficiently so to delete it ,amongst all other off topic subject matter.

If you cannot offer a perfectly sufficient response in furtherance of your premise of off-topic,then you have ,in essence, created willful censureship, and to the detriment of some other shareholders, who might have appreciated my analysis.

Dadd: The ABB post was a good practical oilfield example of the consequences for getting caught in FCPA stuff in Nigeria, illuminating and very pertinent to ERHE, IMO.

Hence must disagree with your judgement on that one.

In fact would encourage other posters to cite examples for giving some idea of a risk comparison with the ERHE situation.

Thank you Dadd, ABB was bribing officials to get deals done . And anyone who has been here longer than 1 month should know that we did not have to do anything illegal to get what we have. We already had it. Offor needs no help in getting deals done. so no connection whatsoever.
