The mere fact that ABB has nothing to do with ERHC, and trying to compare them with us is apples to oranges. You posted it to instill fear of a multi multi million dollar penalty, whereas there is nothing yet to substantiate what the FCPA violation is.

As far as AA goes, he has added much more to this board than you. Now if the table was turned, I would congratulate you also. If you notice, the fishing posts are removed, even though I enjoy fishing. The soccer posts are removed. End of story. If you continue to post on this topic above, your posts will be removed. Since you asked I will tell you what I thought of your comments. I have no problem with people stating the negative side of things and I have often done so myself sometimes drawing the ire of posters and moderators alike. On the other hand I have also stated that I am long as well as my share count and that I want ERHE to succeed. Your "mission" seems to be to scare people about the investigation and seems to serve no other purpose. If you want to be on the up and up, tell us why you are here and why you persist on an issue that everyone is already well aware of. When you continue to dwell on a subject that everyone already knows about while continuosly posting the same "news" over and over again it becomes bashing rather contributing. We know about the investigation. We know about the potential ramifications. We know the risk. Now we can move on.
