It will if it happens, but right now that isn't the market's focus. So, it doesn't make sense to buy at this level.
I certainly do hope vtcq gets their act together with the new relaunch, but we'll just have to wait and see. Patience. In the mean time prepare for pps to continue lower.
If you disagree, we'll have to agree to dissagree and see what the next few weeks brings from earnings, PRs, and price action. I predict today will be red since we both think earnings will disappoint.
