If things are the way you say, and the full top line revenue amount is not moving through vtcq, but rather the factory that produces the juice for vtcq, I'm guessing this 10q may be even lower than last. The overseas distribution was already priced in to the pps before the pump play. With even lower revenue projected, that brings it right back to the. 004s or lower.

First it was, they aren't moving forward with the distribution partners they pr'd about because of maury coming on board, and now the excuse of a jv is being used for lack of execution on any business plan. As shareholders, we should be questioning this. As a shareholder, I'm a bit pissed. The more we dig, the more we uncover that their really isn't much substance to vtcq or mcig.

Heed, thanks for the heads up on this. We realy appreciate it. Paul sure wasn''t going to tell us. Maybe we can get one more pump before the earnings so some of us can exit.

Yet Another Excuse For Failing To Execute And Inability To Grow Sales

First of all, a web presence only limits sales growth for low cost products, high volume products. These types of products need to hit retail shelves; which VTCQ and MCIG has ultimately failed to establish as a "Master Distributor" The alleged 90+ "boots on the ground" obviously aren't doing a very good job, are they?

Lastly, the lack of marketing costs is a sign that the company has no desire to actually build their brand or market their wares. What, did they think MCIG or VitaCig would become household names by merely having a web presence?

Shows how out of touch Paul/MCIG/VTCQ is. Instead they hire a couple of social media consultants posting fluff on forums and rags like Seeking Alpha

How about creating branding/marketing by creating a viral video!! Duh!!!! Guess what, that costs money. The thing about controlling costs is to spend on things WISELY.

Case in point. Never heard of Extra Gum until two days ago - because of a commercial that went viral using an American Idol contestant.

15 MILLION views

Now THAT is marketing
.

Just look at the 10-Q filings and see how
how much marketing costs or other operations expenses on VitaCig. Close to nothing! Case in point!
