You keep making the bear points with your posts, and you don't seem to realize it. The international partners have been in place for some time, but you are saying they won't add revenue this quarter. That is bearish.

You say the company hasn't been interested in driving sales for the last two quarters. That is bearish. Oh, now they are interested. It's a little too late now. That is bearish.

You are suggesting investors and future investors overlook those things and make excuses for the lack of execution. That is bearish.

How do investors know there really was a jv on the table? There is no way to confirm. That is bearish.

For all we know, maury saw the writing on the wall and got out months ago and had to take legal action to get mcig to stop using his name and submit the propper filings.

This is very bad news for investors and i am now wishing i had gone along with the pump to get out. The company has mislead investors into thinking they were more than a brand and actually had real proprietary product. This goes for mcig as well with the rebranded vape pens.

The truth is, the only thing these companies have is their name trademarked. What company would be interested in a jv for that reason alone, let alone a tobacco company?

This ship is really taking on water fast.
