I believe what you are trying to say here is, that due lack of vtcq cash flow, vtcq had to be put on hold and they attempted to find another interested party to come in and help turn it around. Since they to get a JV, we should all be thankful Paul has decided to put capital toward vtcq to relaunch instead of letting it die on the vine....NICE! Thank you Paul. you are our savior. Here, take some more of my money. I think this stock is way undervalued. Should be trading at least .10.
