So do you think the FDA would wait 45 days before granting NCE? and if Watson does petition within 45 days, will the FDA continue to not grant NCE while that plays out?

I am just trying to figure out if NCE is coming in January OB, or whether it could still be many months.

HDG:...."Upon consideration of the motions to DISMISS for LACK OF JURISDICTION."...IMO, in addition to undue delay, Watson never had a case because of this issue.
