Given we all know about whom you are talking about. It begs the question as to whether that same person has been in touch privately with Solms in the same way as he had dealings with Sprague. At the end of the day I would think an SEC investigation shod not be ruled out.. If he has been privy to effectively inside information from the CEO's directly and taken advantage of that fact in trading. Then that data would be plain to see in terms of trading timings together with any phone logging data. If I were him I would be very scared at this point. Given we all see where this is heading, lawsuits will be flying together with other requests to the SEC...
My thoughts are in posts 2994-2996 on the other board. I can't see how he went from 27,500 shares in the filing for the vote to current holdings when his lowest strike looks like 88 cents. Details in those posts. I reread the previous filings and maybe I'm missing something but I just don't see it.
