In all discussion of risk you MUST address probability. The probability of ERHC losing the awards is ZERO.

I guess anything is possible but I really don't see how the USA can tell Nigeria (the only big dog in the JDZ) who will and who will not have rights in their territory. Why couldn't EO just take ERHC out of USA and move it to a country more friendly to them that has a liquid stock market (such as a number of European countries)? If ERHC has the oil we think many stock boards will be clamoring for our participation. I personally feel the threat of ERHC losing rights is very minute (though probably possible)and in that we do agree though I think my fear of such an event happening is much lower than yours. Prior to losing rights I think we would surely sell all interests to ADDAX or SNP and pretty well snub USA. I think the only downside to this stock is the time it will take to get drilling rigs to prove reserves.
Looking at 1-1 1/2 years for my investment to really start paying off. Will start trading 10% of my investment on swings as I have left a tremendous amount on the table by holding so much for so long and not taking advantage of the volatility of this stock.

007- Can you cite any examples of International Treaties (Brandhuber's words - not mine) being overturned do to FCPA violations? I've looked and what I've seen so far is indictments and fines for individuals and fines for companies. I have not found any company that has even had any contracts voided much less an "international treaty".

If this has in case been done previously (even contracts voided), I'd be be very appreciative of the information from you. Tia.
