Maybe you did not read my whole post? Particularly the part where I stated that I am not happy that we have not received an update on the trials. Also I was unhappy that up until yesterday we did not have a response from NWBO about confirmation of NW's proposal. Now we do, and so I am no longer concerned about that matter, I am still concerned about the L trial.

If -L doesn't get approved there will be no -Direct. No institution is going to invest after this mess. Only -L approval can fix all of this.

Don't worry about the partial clinical hold, or where they are going to find money to begin multiple trials for Direct, or how they will finish preparation of clinical sites, or how they will pay to complete the huge renovation of Swaston, or if they will be able to keep the lights on over the coming months.

I guess I;m a bit different. I don't "worry" about any of those issues. They are completely outside of my span of control. I believe Linda has done a pretty good job getting the company to this point despite all the shit thrown at her. I bet she is as surprised, as I am, that an anonymous report -- which states in the first page (1) its contents are not statements of fact but opinions and, (2) the author intends to profit from shorting the company's stock-- has gotten so much legitimacy and press time.

Ready, here's the point I think you are either missing or trivializing: NWBO has disruptive technology. The shorts, big-pharma, nay-sayers, etc really have a whole lot to loose if NWBO is successful. Additionally, Nowadays wall street everyday tactics are sophisticated, white-collar thuggery, plain and simple. In this environment, you don't know who your enemies are until your @zz has been eaten. Linda Powers must be ever so careful. I don't blame her for playing her cards so close to her vest and being careful about who she lets into NWBO's inner circle.

By the way, you have every right to have your views and express them when ever you want. If this was a close-to-perfect world and if the legal institutions, like the SEC, did their jobs, I would agree with a great deal of your concerns. However, I know these low-life Wall street wheelers and dealers can profit from fraudulent/theft activities against NWBO and by the time it takes the courts to address any wrong doing (if they do anything at all), Linda/NWBO will be dead, buried and sticking.

Linda needs to handle her business. I am not privy to the info/insight she has. I trust her to do the right thing (although I monitor her activities for validation). If I can't, I'll move my investment elsewhere.
