May I interject my opinion? I am in no way related to this other oilman. But I dont think it is accurate to say that ERHC cannot lose its rights. That is the great unknown. I dont think they are going after ERHC for their health. IMHO they are definitely doing this because they would like to steal what is rightfully ERHC's and strip away ERHC's rights. I am neutral on whether ERHC could lose its rights. I honestly dont know the answer.
