I have definitely considered the possibility that Malik was the link into Woodford to begin with, and I am also assuming that is the "certain information" he was referring to not knowing about in the Phase V report. That would be very disconcerting to him if he relied on Malik's DD to influence his decisions around NWBO and then potential conflicts of interest get revealed after he's invested $180 million. I don't think even if Malik was guilty as charged (an consequently Linda), that the whole house of cards comes down around this issue alone. If they truly have the goods, we are OK, regardless.
