I agree with you. I am out of the country this week so I knew crazy stuff would start happening since I can't be on top of it. The world works in mysterious ways like that.

NW invests in many companies so he can't pay a lot of attention to just one company. He and the retail wanted independent investigation and we got one. We will know the results in 90 days.

Can someone post how long the current cash will last until they need to raise again? Will it last past 90 days or LP will need financing before?

You can't hire a company that doesn't fit the needs of the board and Leary doesn't have the skills. As far as ONDRA they have a conflict of interest in a lawsuit with NWBO. That is a big NO NO and not telling Nwbo of the conflict is dirty dealing!!

I applaud NWBO for coming up with a special investigations committee and law firm that is better suited to deal with the glaring problems in front of them but to accuse or even make the assertion that NW is somehow behind the scenes trying to mislead or damage NWBO is absurd.

Time to take a break from the MB's and news feeds on NWBO for a while. In ~ 90 days I'll either be glad I didn't sell or "blue" :-)

I absolutely agree Ready. I am dumbfounded at the posts I am reading here. This was the guy everyone hung their hat on to prove that NWBO is the real deal. I understand now how relatives of murders can profess innocence even under certain guilt.

NW has invested much more than Powers and wanted and investigation into the allegations of wrong doing internally at NWBO. This is what billionaire active investors do and trust me it is much more aligned with the shareholders than the interest of Powers/Cognate/Toucan! His motive is to escalate share price,is that hers?I hate that I going to agree with AF here, but now that independent investigation is into stock manipulation? Don't get me wrong I am all for that investigation, once the company has been cleared and is operating transparently.

We are now in an extremely dangerous situation, IMO Woodford dumps his shares and takes his loss to teach her a lesson or he takes a more hostile stance and NWBO/Management are in for a rough ride! This was a long investor that has legitimate concerns, not a hostile short investor. Wake up Linda!
