I think you raise a very good point. If you refer to the December 21st news announcement by COBI it states - "As the discussions continue with our acquisition target" - this appears as if it is far from a done deal. Very disappointing, and somewhat of a let down, compared to the 11/20 news release by COBI which stated - "Compass Biotechnologies today announces it has engaged in a Letter of Intent to acquire an operating entity." etc. Seemed like a done deal on 11/20 but on 12/21 it appears to be still in the negotiating phase.

This is why I believe we saw a sell off from the .0020 range and why the announcement was met with such negative market sentiment. Remember, if this deal doesn't get done - and it appears that it is still being negotiated, then COBI really doesn't have anything - does it????? Announce the deal along with the terms and conditions and then let's talk about price. Again, if the deal goes south then COBI is just a shell with no value - in my opinion anyways.
