Just in the last few weeks this stock has become current after a few years of nothing, then they stated they are reducing the AS to a billion, then stated they did a LOI with a company. Sorry they are not moving more quickly for you lolololol. The share structure is stable and the TA is not gagged. Probably 95% ( if not more ) of PS stocks are gagged lol. They are hiding nothing at this point. LOI are always done first before contract as that is how the it works.
