On the surface it was unprofessional (at minimum) of Ondra. I'd be pissed-off too. PR'a were out early let's see how Mr. Woodford responds.

WOW is right. Was Woodford's last financing like a bag of poisoned Halloween candy? Remember how overjoyed many on the board were when they heard that Ondra was coming on board to "help" the company? Instead, it appears on closer inspection that there were razor blades hidden in the $100,000,000 bar.

Everyone jumps to conclusions that certain things can only be good and other things are bad, which, we find out in time are not the case. Can people not see the treachery this company is facing from "friend" and foe? The need to keep certain information closely held for need to know people has just become abundantly clear.

Every decision, apparently, needs to be carefully vetted, investigated and thought through. Creating an expectation for snap decisions sows discord, doubt and a trigger finger on the sell button, which is what some people have likely been aiming for.

Let the company appointees do their investigation and let the company get back to work curing cancer. That is the best and fastest way to realize the value of this investment, and the more we try to be armchair board members and second guess every decision, the slower it goes, hurting cancer patients who desperately need DC Vax. I have had several friends and family members in need of DC Vax Direct in the last 6 months, and desperately want to see Phase II get started. This negativity hurts real people. Buy the stock, help find people to support this company if you really want to see this non-toxic effective cancer therapy get approved and become available.

The company was just saved from certain death by scrutinizing this board appointment and the forced consultancy carefully. It is not out of the woods yet, but from the tone of the PR, it seems determined to forge ahead, address the issues that many want to see resolved, and forge new alliances and relationships with those who can help the company succeed.
