I'm not a lawyer, but, since Benny funneled REDG money into his private company, Active Media, to pay REDG bills, it should not be too hard for a good lawyer to "pierce the veil".

I really don't understand how you applied this legal definition to Benny.

He funneled conversions through his private company.

As CEO, he had legal responsibility to establish a CORPORATE RED GIANT ENTERTAINMENT banking account.

Everything as CEO was to be monitored and approved /disapproved by board.

Board received funds directly/indirectly from Bennys printing business with full knowledge it was Redg money.

With boards experience nobody can call "ignorance " of dealings since all have worked in ip/entertainment business.

Their resumes and qualifications were used to support their value as Redg board members.

I do not think your legal precedent applies to this situation.


If there is nothing "shady" here , why hasn't Benny shown his printing ledgers/banking records?
