You would get nothing if you sued REDG. Benny like all CEO's and members of boards are protected under the law. You would have to "pierce the veil" which is almost impossible to do and courts will almost never do it as they don't want to set a precedent. Again, you would only get the assets REDG has, and that would be after all established debtors and contracts are paid. There are strict laws on the order of payments from a company. You as a lawsuit winner would be one of the last and if the company is worthless as you point out over and over again, you would get nothing...

Better off letting it play and hope they pull it off.
