The AS is arbitrary and raised in minutes! They know how to do it... they've done it so many times before!!!

Anyone banking on the 200M AS being anything other than a fake line in the sand will not be very happy!

They have already exceeded the 200M shares because they have 105M in commons after preferreds convert!

They HAVE to raise the AS!
