You have valid points but the 8-k seems legit. Theres probably a privacy statment for the client spending 350 million. They are not required to give out that information. Also, if they were to file an false 8-k for the 350 mill, they would get a major lawsuit from pretty much everywhere.

Thank you for that. I already estimated about 30M have been sold between yesterday and today which would mean they are done selling. Would you know how often they can call for shares? on a monthly basis? and is that if they don't receive the $40K? Don't understand why a co making $10M can't pay $40K??

Hi nodummy,

I think your math numbers are off.

85% discount of $.0014/share = $.0002/share

Therefore, $40,000 / $.0002 = 200,000,000 shares.

nodummy what about today's short sellers. The culprits behind illegal naked shorting will be the brokerages & the MM's they use to route the trades & that would be Alpine Securities & Spencer Edwards, the only 2 brokerages willing to accept CERTS & they also clear in house...for an additional $750 on top of their normal fees you can even have said clearing expedited (3-5 days).Any of the investing public who believes that shorting sub pennies does not exist or in that supposed $2.50 rule have NO idea of what they speak of nor the monetary means to perform the aforementioned type of trades. It can be done for as little as .20 - .25 per share borrowed depending on the stock and the SHORTERS available funds size and successful past history doing so.

While this gentleman you spoke of may have made a ton of money here the reverse could be true for SHORTS.If the company continues to PR here those SHORTS stand to lose a ton of money.

Thanks nodummy for the update on the lender. I knew it was someone who did not care about shareholders at all the way they have been selling shares the last 2 trading days. However I trade these stocks. There are a few great ones you hold longer term and we both know there are not many of them. Once they back off on the dilution CDII is going to see a nice run IMO. I will be here for the next run.

Is it legal to convert that big of a percentage of the O/S at once? Sounds like the conversions will continue for a few more days.
I'm surprised the discount was only 85%. Seems like 50-75 is more common. Could have been worse. Well played pump by the financier. Waste of shares by the company for a measly little loan.

Can you tell me what you were using to look this up on the clerk site at: http://www.clerk-17th-flcourts.org/Web2/CaseSearch/Results

I can't seem to find anything here but I am not sure I am looking for the right search terms.

Thanks

So, is there a 3A10 agreement with TCA Global or not? If there is, shares can be sold until the debt is satisfied. If not, TCA Global is going to make a mint here.

You use the word presumably. I don't see any agreement in the court documents or anywhere else for that matter that states the following. I would appreciate it if you would share any documentation supporting your claim.

Presumably if CDII was unable to make its first cash payment of $40,000, TCA Global could then go ahead and request to be repaid in free trading stock starting December 1, 2015 at an 85% discount to the average lowest market price over the previous 5 days.

Kind of terrible how new people show up to this scam company every day saying "this is the bottom" "time to buy buy buy for the bounce", but all they manage to do is create new bag holders as TCA Global continues to convert debt into more and more shares to dump into the market on the shoulders of the fraudulent fake purchase order that this penny stock pumper clown of a CEO announced on December 2nd.

This thing is nearly back to where it started as was warned would happen 2 weeks ago.

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=118920257

Every day there is a new round of dumping as the float gets bigger and bigger and bigger. It isn't rocket science. It isn't "shorts". This is what happens when shares are dumped into the market faster then new buyers can be found to scoop them up.
