This stock should run prior to R/S vote given the uncertainty of such a vote. A vote on favor would be devastating for the shareholder.

It appears the shareholders are doomed either way.
If the company doesn't get the votes needed to reverse, then what?
Will they file bankrupt or authorize more shares to dump on us just to keep a salary for themselves.

I should have put my money into another company.
I didn't realize that this company was in such trouble.
Not to mention the pending class action suits.
