Unsolicited calls from CEO

I received an interesting call from CEO today. He was trying rather desperately to convince me to vote my shares to increase OS and or at least authorize the RS. I explained my position that there are 3 groups at work here. Management, warrant owners and shareholders and I saw no reason the shareholders should shoulder all the burden alone.

I think they are short the required votes for the upcoming Dec. 8th special meeting.
