Financials are facts. Facts don't change. The financials aren't what's being litigated.

Absolutely untrue. First of all, most major companies are involved in lawsuits at all times. Yet they never fail to report/publish financials on time ... every time. Secondly, the litigants already have the financials, the court has seen to that. All MW cares about is that share holders don't get the financials.
