Pumpers may come back in to buy small amounts and "paint" the price up. An attempt to sucker noobs into buying the inflated price, so the pumpers can dump some more.
They will hype "Double Bottom", "rebound", "bounce play", "next leg up" and all the other nonsense phrases to try and trick some more suckers.
