I dont remember that.
I remember the examiner said there was nothing left over in the things he examined.
I also remember him stating he was not able to examin everything.

The FDICr... didnt know they actually had a voice since they rarly say anything that doesnt sound robotic or straight from a bolier plate.

Could you link the FDIC r quote stating there is no available payments for escrows and never will be.

Cause it seems that someone thinks that there would be something left over.
They went through a lot of court time and red tape to creat escrows and service them.
Seem like an awful waste when everyone supposedly agrees there is no reason for them

Not true at all. They never stated that.

The examiner never stated that there was no money from escrows, he stated,"It would be impossible for us to collect." When rosenscum wrote the settlement that suckman and group agreed to, we can not go after JPM. That leaves FDIC, but suckman and group has walked away including from casj cow Goldman sachs which we should be collecting money now....
