If they haven't filed with FINRA by now, why would they? What would change to make the merger actually happen? I thought it would have happened already given that PR, but here we sit and it hasn't happened for some reason. Surely if a merger did take place, we would receive something for our CRGP shares, either cash or new shares in the new merged company, right?
