Darth, I think you are right on point there. I don't see this as making a February trial. Most complaints in the U.S. end up in settlements anyways to avoid the huge cost of going to trial. I suspect that both sides would rather avoid those costs and get this settled out of court. That is my opinion for what it's worth. That also means that we could hear before February if they reach a settlement before the February trial date. We can always hope. I would like these legal entanglements settled once and for all so that Marc can get on with the business of selling Blue Line and Bagasse. All IMO
