I know they are exempt from SEC reporting its just OTC which as you say carries very little weight. Interesting position wrt the restricted shares. I guess I am more impatient for any update, legal plan as laid out will take another 4 years if you have to wait for one to end before filing counter suite. How many hundreds of bags of baggies see have been shipped in November? How many more supplements sold this year compared to last ?
And, so what? Does that mean its a good investment? Does it mean investors don't need to know about the financial, legal and market standing of the company?
