What makes you think there are even buyers out there for this most likely of possibilities?

There are over 50 dispensaries in CC that are in the processes of not meeting the time aspect of the contract, and a few have already made paltry deals. Goverments don't deal friendly with extensions of contracts due solely to lack of funds.
