Out of all of the possibilities, this is the most likely, IMO

It explains the most factors.

We may also see an acquisition made with some of the funds from the sale of the city of LV dispensary.

If there is also an acquisition announcement, the major possibilities are:

DP's 12% stake in Blum Oakland

Dispensary in California

Cultivation in California

Oil/Edibles/Drinks brand
