So you say.... or shareholders dont need to know and only want to know and that isnt a good enough reason to say anything.

After all hypothetically if Kim has a deal and an agreement with a second party to announce it on the same day.
By telling the shareholders he in in breech of that agreement and kill the deal. Therefore by not telling you what you want to hear he is actually caring about you.

I am not saying that any of this is the case but if he had an agreement with another public company they would need to arrange an agreed time for release.
The last day of a month would be a typical time.

Just saying that like a parent that punishes you for stealing...you dont like it but its for your own good.

The "i want it now" mentality is very childish. It really doesnt matter what the children want. They get what they get when its given.

The alternate is sell and stop caring
