After the last quiet period was over,KBLB released press that fell far from bridging the gap of progress between the beginning and end of said period.
The company realized they hadn't successfully communicated to the shareholders, so they stepped up efforts to help ensure investors weren't left in the dark.
It was only through communication to IR and the like,that the company saw the error of its ways.
There's a difference between things shareholders want for the sake of it, as opposed to that which they deserve to know.
It goes without saying that every facet of the business model need not be discussed for their own set of reasons....
Other things obviously could and are encouraged to be divulged going forward.
