I retired in 1996. If I invested in Paychest and counted on retirement from it, I'd still be working today!!! lol

and there needs to be enough share authorization for the convertible preferred they are handing out.

Will need a reverse split for this bloated share structure, so they can dole out more common for "services" and to pay their not-too-good IR dept.
