We also know that her private company Cognate has taken back out 10 x what was put in and because we don't know of the details, you can't say whether she is ahead or behind in her personal investment. NW backs NWBO and backs the science 100% - That is not fact, actually he obviously has some concern based on his call for an independent BOD member and an idependent investigation. He also said he wasn't aware of the allegations before his last 30m investment.
The board of NWBO will approve the appointment of Mr Leary which was pre planned and agreed prior to NW's letter. NW's letter is just going through the formalities. Not fact. Although Mr. Woodford mentioned in his letter that they had agreed upon a new independent member, his letter would lead me to believe it wasn't happening fast enough and then chose to apply public pressure and file with the SEC as an acive investor.
Malik was set up and will be proved innocent by Mr Leary ( Malik being UK based probably brought NW to the table originally ) and that sunk the shorts and getting to him is an attempt to shake NW but it will fail completely. Absolute speculation. You have no idea if the allegations are true or false, that's what the investigation is for.
Mr Learys reputation and independence will kill off the rubbish being spewed by AF / Phasefive once and for all. Sepculation. His reputation will bring confidence that the serious allegations are being investigated thoroughly.
Manufacturing operations in the UK are being built ( and I've seen it with my own eyes ) so that speaks volumes as you cannot get approved and gain world wide acceptance without the means of delivery and they are 100% doing that. Any silence by the management is because they are working night and day to see this to approval and part of this process leaves them gagged from publicity. Silence is a good thing as something is obviously going on. Nobody at NWBO us scratching their loose change. They are doing things by the book and sometimes that creates fear...ammunition for shorts. Speculation, Yoi have no idea what they are doing as they don't update shareholders. As Mr. Woodford said, transpernecy is of great importance (paraphrase) not silence
Cognate will manufacture at market rates and the deal with them is no sweetheart deal. It saved NWBO and we should be thankful for that. It's an Arms length transaction - FACT otherwise LP would be going to jail. Speculation again. You don't know the details so there is no way you can state this as fact. You also have no idea if it saved NWBO.
