BioElectronics is your only enemy that's hosed you.
So, you think there's only 10 billion A/S? Think again! This company has filed with the state it's incorporated in for 11 billion A/S. So, they have and are in the process of selling that other billion shares to some poor person unknowingly naive enough to buy this POS.
Did they tell you they are doing this? Hell No!
