Do not fear, there r other US docket action against Google.

Appeal processed starting. Other action continue as scheduled.

Now, Germany on the other hand I firmly believe is a different animal.

A preliminary injunction awarded, not just a hearing like the US local courts.

Now December 8Th "FINAL HEARING" is set. Even if Google were to appeal they still have to pay the consequences in the mean time.

The main is Vendanti, VSL Emergency arbitration Award will back up the Germany case since Vendanti, VSL patent so strong in Germany.

Germany litigation does not involve "politics" this y we r at the final hearing in December compared to the US courts.

I have been focus on the Germany case since I came in around April 2015. Looking between the US n Germany sides.

Also that is y I posted the Vedanti, VSL arbitration agreement from the owner statement for u guys where we stand.

Now look at the share price, we did not hit sub pennies as of yet with this current news.

All bets r still in, as for u swing traders sell u millions shares, I'll gladly swoop them up as Max Sound Corp continue to December 8th....
