Haha! Wishful thinking on your part.
Most TMM shareholders think this is a slam dunk for TMM and that it is just about over for the dimented dentist and his little cavities.
TMM shareholders are waiting for the first contracts to be announced.
Dimented shareholders are waiting for some new toothbrushes and floss.

Smitty, what I have read and discovered makes me think that TMMI will have a hard time winning this case. I knew most of this back in 2013 and stated such on this thread.

It's hard to have a bunch of stock and believe that it may be worthless if TMMI loses this case. I started selling most of mine off when this was announced. Unfortunately I made another buy (I was ahead on TMMI, finally, after 13 years) about a year later and still own all of that buy.

TMMI's case would possibly be stronger if it weren't so dependent on Simpson. His credibility is far from credible and I have seen a mountain of documents that Panik and Dimension have filed. I don't feel that TMMI was aware that Panik is evidently a pack rat and saved everything. On top of that, the other signature on that addendum is Alan Sloan's. This I find to be puzzling....at best.

However, I (my company) have been in three separate lawsuits over the previous twenty-eight years. All three were jury trials and all three were slam dunks for my company. We won two out of three. There's a saying that juries get it right more times than not. There is, however the 'not'. I witnessed the 'not' one time and it was shocking, costly and painful.

I do wish TMMI would have done more investigating before launching this effort.
