You should sell immediately if you feel so strongly that TMM will lose in court.
Others feel just as strongly that TMM will win.
No amount of hand-wringing from the sub50 secret handshake propeller beanie propaganda club will change investor's minds.
Do what you feel is best for your own situation.

Who knows, maybe both sides will figure out a settlement without going to trial.
