Don't think so. Let's say you own 500,000 shares worth $500. A 1:1000 rs leaves you with 500 shares, but the shares are worth $1 each or $500 just as before. The difference is if you were hoping to make $500,000 out of your $500 the stock now has to go to $1000 per share. Not so likely, even for Biel??
