That has always been a scam, they way they manipulate the price of FUTL to achieve that when it was first reported. but on 9/30 15 the price of FUTL was $.30 making their pretend value only worth about $6.9M with FWDG and FUTL still manipulating the price.

This is a multi-layered scam.
