They fired their auditor so they could say later they just made a mistake. If their current "auditor" confirms it then we have something for the PCAOB...and they know it it. Hence no audit will come...just an everlasting set of "next week" promises. Some companies have been doing it for a decade and there are people who will still believe it is coming "next week".
