I sold last time at 1700 and I will continue to buy as it falls. I agree that the price will continue to decline but I also think that much of the anticipated decline due to eventual rate increases are factored in. I also don't believe the dollar will make significant gains

trying to time a market is next to impossible but I do appreciate your input
