Columbus is a spinoff of Horizon Media, it would be Horizon Media who would take the equity position in UCP if it happens.

Yes they have quarterly meetings with Columbus, but this was different as they came to NYC to do it and not via a conference call as usual.

Just need an update to see, will there be light at the end of the long tunnel or is it lights out for shareholders.
