Columbus meeting is every quarter...they are not interested in taking out UCP shareholders.
There is NO HOPE thinking Columbus will.
Yes there is important improvement and yes it would be nice to have ROI, but to find investors willing to buy this stock....
Forget It.
Who cares about ROI when shareholders are in a locked house and can't get out.
Management has over 60% ownership. They are on the top and they will tell you that.
The shareholders who put management there have been.....
