Lots of different ways to act upon Sigma-1 receptor, and I don't think PRE-084 acts on muscarinic receptors like 2-73 does

I can't ascertain the status of PRE-084. Is it one of the approved treatments? Someone will know, I didn't dig too deep. I did find this interesting tidbit:
