Thanks, lloydm, sounds like good news, especially the part on the bottom, "facilitate product commercialization", whatever that fluffy phrase actually means. $3,500,000 is a lot of incentive to speed up production, don't you think? Can produce a lot of pads with that kind of savings. This also proves that it wasn't the companies fault they could not go into production.
