I'm so glad I sold this when I did. Still watching and shaking my head that I didn't see the obvious fraud from the beginning. So lucky to have only lost a few hundred bucks. Had I stayed in here, I'd be down tens of thousands. Maybe one day the potential of the idea here will be realized. With the great DD being offered, I have entirely changed my view of the posters on this board. The "bashers" truly ARE saviours in this case. Well done and lucid for the great DD on this. I last posted the rebuy range to be mid trips. Now more likely NTEK is truly going to ZERO. I feel bad for those still invested here. This is not an investment... Sell and sell soon. NTEK will have its pops, but the shaky ground proping it up its finally crumbling

Thanks for the replies re: roycap. Still no answers here or from the company.. Even if ntek and Roycap are two separate companies, and even though it appears Roycap is NOT a real company - is anyone denying this?, it is clear that ntek or someone inside ntek set up Roycap. Why then would they then be giving themselves essentially, discounted shares? A lot of shares. Is it just me or is this not a reasonable question to expect an reasonable answer to from ntek? Why does ntek choose to leave this to speculation? Are they banking on the fact that shareholders don't really want to know when it comes down to it? I've been in this two years and this is both bizarre and disturbing.

I think this is my last post if the day here.. I just NEED to know as an investor for my own sanity, at the end of the day, who officially is Roycap? If it's really foley, why don't they just say it as fact, and dispense with "Roycap" since it doesn't appear to be an actual company. Even shell companies have a paper trail. Roycap doesn't show up in Nevada or Cali sos entity searches, they are not registered to do business in the city they list an address for (Los gatos) on their website.

WHO OWNS ROYAL CAPITAL GROUP????

When they sell the shares on the open market, whose "pocket" does the money go into?
